Shrimp with Tomatoes and Capers

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. clean fresh large shrimp
- 1 16 oz. can petite diced tomatoes
- 2 chop garlic
- 2 chop green onions
- 1 chop shallot
- 1 Tbs.basil
- 2 Tbs.chop parsley
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 C. white wine
- 1 Tbs. capers
- Juice of fresh 1/2 lemon
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil, enough to saute shrimp and spices
- 1-2 Tbs. butter
- 1 lb. fetticini noodles
Directions
Saute in butter and olive oil, garlic ,shallots green onions. remove from pan,add shrimp cook only until pink, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from pan. Add can tomatoes, wine, and all spices and parsley and basil simmer for about 20 minutes. Then put back in the cooked shrimp enough time to heat. Serve over pasta and shave parmensen cheese.
