  • 1 med. head iceberg lettuce, washed, drained and chilled
  • 1 can sliced ripe olives
  • 2 oranges, peeled to remove white membrane and thinly sliced crosswise
  • 1/4 C. olive oil
  • 1/4 C. orange juice
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

Break lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a salad bowl. Top with olives and orange slices. Blend oil, orange juice, vinegar, salt and paprika. Pour over salad and mix to serve.
