Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Betty Crocker Hot Roll Mix, prepare as for pizza dough (use olive oil): Let rise once, then put it in a 10x15-inch pan with olive oil and pat out to fit pan
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 lb. Italian sausage, browned and drained
- oregano
- garlic salt
- 1 C. mozzarella cheese
- 1 C. Parmesan cheese
- black olives (optional)

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Take prepared dough, in pan. Drain tomatoes (save juice). Spread drained tomatoes over dough. Spread Italian sausage pieces over tomatoes. Sprinkle with about 2 teaspoons of oregano and garlic salt to taste. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over all, followed by Parmesan cheese. Take reserved tomato juices and drizzle over cheeses. Take a fork and press down gently across entire pizza. Bake until browned, about 35-40 minutes.
