  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 8 beef tenderloin medallions

Mix the spices in a bowl. Dip each medallion into the olive oil and then into the spice mix. Pour the remaining oil in a large skillet and cook the steaks over medium heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, adding more spices as you go. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
