  • 1 Package Firm Tofu
  • 4 Celery Stalks
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 4 Long Carrots
  • 1 Large Bunch White Swiss Chard
  • 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • Sage

Chop onion, celery, garlic and chard into small bits. Place in skillet with vegetable oil and saute until golden brown. Place skillet's items, along with tofu, carrots, parsley, sage salt and pepper in a crock pot on medium-high heat. Cook for 3.5-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
