  • 4 C. egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 2 C. cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 (12 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 C. mushrooms, sliced
  • ¼ C. Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet, heat oil and sauté garlic and mushrooms until slightly brown. In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper. Stir in mushrooms and chicken. Add pasta and toss to coat. Transfer to a greased baking dish, sprinkle on Parmesan, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
