Simple And Sugary Shortbread Cookies

- 2 sticks butter, softened
- ½ C. powdered sugar
- 2 C. flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in flour until a solid dough forms. Roll out dough on a floured surface and use whatever cookie cutters you prefer to cut out shapes. Transfer to baking sheets lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 to 18 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool and serve.
