Simple and Tart Key Lime Pie

- 3 lg. egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons lime zest, finely grated
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (roughly 14 ounces)
- ½ cup key lime juice
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 9-inch graham cracker crust, prepared
- ½ cup sugar
Preheat the oven to 350°F
Combine the egg yolks and condensed milk in a medium-sized bowl. Whisk in the juice, zest and cream. Stir thoroughly.
Pour the filling into the graham crust and bake for about 35 minutes, or until the filling firms and a toothpick comes out of the center clean. Cool completely before serving (about two hours).
