Simple Apple Cider Sangria
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced thin
- 1/2 C. cognac
- 2 C. apple cider
- 3 C. dry sparkling wine, chilled
- 1/4 C. pomegranate seeds
Put all but 1/2 C. apples into a large pitcher. Add in the cognac, apple cider, and chilled wine. Stir. Fill the rest of the pitcher with ice. Serve in glasses filled with ice and top with sliced apples and pomegranate seeds.
