This baked chicken recipe is simple and easy to prepare! Chicken is marinated in lemon juice and red vinegar to create citrus taste.

  • 2 Bone-in, skin on, split chicken breasts
  • 3 Tbsp Canola Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Ground Mustard
  • Pepper, to taste

Prepare chicken breast.
Add to a bowl with canola oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and mustard.
Leave overnight to marinate.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Put chicken in a baking dish.
Season with pepper.
Bake for 30 minutes covered, and an additional 30 minutes uncovered until juices run clear.
Let cool.
Place chicken on a cutting board and cut strips down the chicken.
