  • 1 (16 oz.) package gnocchi, cooked and drained
  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • ½ C. black olives, sliced
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 2 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine pasta sauce, olives, oregano, basil, and garlic. In a greased baking dish stir together cooked gnocchi, sauce, and 1 cup of your mozzarella. Bake for 25 minutes, top with remaining cheese, and bake for an additional 10 until golden. Serve with fresh basil.
