  • 2 tbs.vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. beef sirloin, cut into strips
  • 1/4 lb. fresh green beans
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 tbs. soy sauce
  • 2 tbs. toasted sesame seeds

In a large skillet, warm vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add beef to skillet and cook for 3 minutes or until well browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.

Add green beans, carrot and green onion and garlic to skillet. Cook for 2 minutes or until tender. Return beef to skillet along with soy sauce and sesame seeds. Cook for an additional 2 minutes or until heated through.
