This crockpot recipe is a simple take on good old chicken and dumpling soup. Add in your favorite vegetable and seasonings to make it your very own!

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 C. chicken broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 large carrots, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ΒΌ stick butter
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits

In your crockpot, add chicken, onion, carrots, and celery. In a bowl, combine cream of chicken, chicken broth, salt, and pepper; pour over chicken and vegetables and add in butter. Cook on low for 6 hours. Cut your biscuit dough into small pieces and add them into your crockpot. Cook for an additional 2 hours until dumplings are cooked through and everything is tender.
