  • 1/2 C. oil
  • 1/2 C. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 pocket bread rounds, cut in half
  • 2 small onions, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 C. plain yogurt

In a resealable bag, combine the oil, lemon juice, salt, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper. Add the chicken cubes and toss to coat them. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 3 hours in the fridge. Pour the chicken and marinade into a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
