Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 2 C. chicken, cubed
  • 2 C. frozen vegetables
  • 1 pkg. biscuits

Directions

In an 8-inch square baking dish, mix soup, milk and thyme. Stir in chicken and mixed vegetables. Bake at 375 degrees until hot. Top with biscuits and bake as directed for biscuits until golden.

  • Wow! I made this last nite for my customers at the retirement community where I cook. I adjusted the recipe to accomodate 34 servings, and still it was quite simple. I received nothing but compliments from customers and staff. I added just a little salt and pepper, which really brought out the flavor. I baked, without biscuits, until hot and slightly thickened, and then topped with biscuits and baked until biscuits were golden brown.
