  • 1 stick butter, softened

  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a saucepan of salted water, boil potatoes for 15 minutes until tender; drain. Place chicken in a large greased baking dish. In a bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cheddar, butter, Parmesan, onion soup mix, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Spread potatoes over chicken and bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
