Simple Chicken Tacos Using a Rotisserie Chicken
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 lg. rotisserie chickens, shredded
- 4 limes, zested and juiced
- 1/2 Tbs. cumin
- 2 tsp. chili powder (or cayenne pepper if you prefer spicy)
- sour cream
- beans, heated
- shredded cheese
- shredded lettuce
- diced tomato
- chopped onion
Place shredded chicken in a bowl and toss with lime juice, zest, cumin, and chili powder. Set aside.
When ready to serve, place all of the ingredients in a taco-bar style on the table. if desired, assemble prior to serving and place tacos edge-to-edge in a casserole dish so they dont unfold.
