Simple Chocolate Covered Strawberries

- 1 lb. (about 20) Fresh strawberries, washed and dried
- 4 oz. of chocolate
Chop the chocolate into coarse pieces. Put the chocolate into a bowl and melt in the microwave using 30 second intervals. Stir in between until it's melted and smooth. Dip the strawberries into the chocolate and let the excess drip off before placing it on a baking tray and refrigerating for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate is firm.
