Simple Crab Bisque

An easy and delicious bisque recipe. Try it for an indulgent lunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of asparagus soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1/4 C. of half and half (blend)
  • 1 can crabmeat, drained
  • 1 tsp. curry powder (optional)
  • 2 tsp. sherry (optional)

Directions

Whisk together, heat and serve as appetizer or with a sandwich for lunch.
