Simple Crock Pot Beef or Pork Roast
- 2-3 lb beef or pork roast, cheaper cuts included
- 1 lg. clove garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbs. flour in water for gravy
When you wake up, place meat in crock pot on low, place garlic all over the meat, then close up the crock pot and let it do the cooking for you. Open up every few hours to turn your roast. Around 3 in the afternoon, take out your roast. Add flour and water to crockpot and mix with drippings. Return meat to crockpot and continue cooking. Meat should cook for 10 hours total. Serve with your favorite sides.
