  • 28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 C. heavy cream
  • 4 C. chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded

Add in all of your ingredients into the crockpot and stir well. Let it cook for 8 hours on a low setting. After it is cooked go ahead and puree the soup until you have it at a desired consistently. Top it off with cheddar cheese.
