  • ½ C. arugula
  • ½ cucumber, sliced
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary, chopped
  • 1 lb. shrimp, cooked
  • Dressing
  • 3 Tbs. olive oil
  • ½ bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 3 Tbs. lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
