  • 10 cloves garlic, skin removed
  • ΒΌ C. olive oil
  • 1 T. rosemary
  • 1 T. oregano
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • Dash crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 C. chicken broth

In a resealable gallon-sized bag, add chicken and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle in rosemary, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; seal bag and shake to evenly coat chicken with seasoning. In a skillet, brown chicken legs on all sides, about 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer into your crockpot, add garlic and broth, and cook on low for 8 hours.
