  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • 1 can lemon pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 C. butter
  • 6 oz. fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. orange flavoring
  • 3 C. Splenda
  • 1 Tbs. skim milk
  • 1 jar green cherries

Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Mix together lemon cake mix, lemon pudding, pie filling and eggs. Pour in greased square pan. It should be sticky and hard to spread. Bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Cream butter, orange flavoring and cream cheese. Slowly add sugar until thick. Then add milk until able to spread. Frost cake and add fruit for toppings if you desire.
