Simple Low-Cal Caramel Fudge Squares

- 14 ounces Dulce de Leche
- 3 cups white chocolate
- a pinch or two of coarse sea salt
Begin by preparing an 8x8 baking dish. Line the dish with foil or parchment. Then lightly spray the lining with cooking spray.
Over low heat, begin melting the white chocolate. When the chocolate is smooth and melted, mix in the dulce de leche and a just a pinch of sea salt. Be sure to mix this thoroughly until a thick consistency forms. Then pour the mixture into the baking dish and smooth out evenly. Let this fudge cool completely at room temperature for about 3-4 hours. You can also put this dish into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to help speed the cooling process up. When the fudge has set you can cut it into squares and enjoy.
