Preheat oven at 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine egg with milk and oil until well mixed. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and sugar. Combine two mixture together and stir well. Fill mini muffin cups in mini muffin tin, with the mixture and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
