This 2-ingredient crust is super-easy and it's a nutritious alternative to traditional crusts.

  • 1 1/4 C. quick-cook oats
  • 1/4 C. maple syrup

Combine oats and syrup in a mixing bowl.  Stir together until oats are evenly moistened.  Transfer mixture to a greased 9-inch pie plate.  Press evenly around plate.  Fill as desired and bake.
