Make a classic stuffing with the help of your crockpot! This dish is simply seasoned with a sage kick, but could be altered to your taste preferences easily.

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • ½ stick butter
  • 10-12 C. cubed bread
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ tsp. rubbed sage
  • 1 ½ C. cooked turkey, chopped
  • 1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
  • 2 eggs

In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté onion and celery until tender; transfer to a large bowl. Add in bread cubes, salt, pepper, sage, and turkey. In a bowl, whisk together broth and eggs; pour into bread mixture and toss well to evenly coat. Pour mixture into a greased crockpot and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
