Simple Salmon Pie

Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. butter, melted
- 1/2 C. milk
- 4 slices bread, torn into pieces
- one 15 1/2-oz. can salmon, drained and flaked
- 2 eggs, separated
- 3 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 tsp onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- paprika
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter, milk, and bread. Stir in salmon, egg yolks, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into salmon mixture. Pour into a greased 8-in. pie plate. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered 50-60 minutes.
