  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • Taco seasoning
  • Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 C Red Salsa
  • Small Flour Tortillas, lightly toasted
  • Optional Garnish:
  • Corn, blanched
  • Finely Shredded cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Chopped Lettuce
  • Lemon Wedges

Begin this recipe for simple salsa beef tacos by heating a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, spray with cooking spray and add your onions. Let cook for about five to seven minutes or until browned.
