Simple Savory Egg and Cheese Soufflé Recipe
Serving Size / Yield
- 6 eggs
- 1⁄3 C milk
- Salt and pepper for tasting
- 1 C. Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- Olive oil
Preheat oven to 375 F. In a medium bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Drizzle 3 ramekins with olive oil and fill 1/2 full with cheese.
Pour egg mixture into ramekins and fill to top. Place ramekins on cookie sheet and cook for 30 minutes until high and slightly golden brown.
