  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 C. tomato, chopped, mashed to paste
  • 1/2 C. green onions
  • 1/2 C. light Parmesan cheese, grated in thick flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Layer 2-quart casserole dish, starting the ground beef. Top with tomato paste. Cook for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees F or until bubbly. Just out of the oven, top with green onions and grated cheese.
