Simple Sesame Seed Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned, halved, and flattened
- 1 C. sesame seeds
- 2 tsp. butter
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- sprig of fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
In a flat dish, press sesame seeds and parsley into chicken on all sides. Oil an oven-proof casserole dish. Lay prepared chicken in the casserole dish and dot with butter. Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove chicken to heated plates with spatula.
