Simple Skillet Beef Stroganoff

- 2 Tbs. oil
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin, trimmed and cut into strips
- 1 pkg. beef stroganoff sauce mix
- 1 C. water
- 1 C. sour cream
Heat the oil in a large skillet and add the beef. Cook and stir for 2 minutes, or until it’s no longer pink. Stir in the sauce mix and water. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce the heat. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with paprika or parsley flakes.
