  • 16 oz. pasta of choice
  • 1/2 C. butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 5 oz. evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 C. whole milk
  • 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • pinch paprika

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta and stir until cooked but firm, which will take about eight minutes. Drain and transfer pasta to your crock pot. Stir in butter until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Add half of the cheddar and stir well. In a small bowl, whisk together evaporated milk and eggs until smooth. Stir into your pasta mixture. In another bowl, whisk together milk and cheddar cheese soup until combined. Add to the crock pot, stirring well to mix. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and add a little bit of paprika. Cover and cook on a low heat setting for three hours.
