  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1 ½ lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 packages broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • ¼ tsp. soy sauces
  • 1 ½ T. oyster sauce
  • 1 T. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 T. brown sugar
  • 1 T. grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, and cornstarch; set aside. In a skillet, heat oil and cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until pink. Add in broccoli and bell pepper; sauté for a few minutes until tender. Pour in sauce, toss well, and cook until evenly heated. Stir in sesame seeds and green onions and serve.
