  • 1 (12 oz.) package jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • 2 C. ricotta cheese
  • 2 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ C. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ C. diced onions
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ C. fresh spinach

Prepare shells according to package directions. In a skillet, sauté onions, spinach, and garlic until fragrant. In a large bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, salt, pepper, and sautéed blend; stuff cooked pasta shells. Pour half of your pasta sauce into the crockpot, add stuffed shells, and top off with remaining sauce. Cook on low for 4 hours.
