  • 1 lb. brussels sprouts
  • ½ C. water
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • Mozzarella cheese

Chop off the stem of each sprout. Slice each one in half. Transfer the sprouts into a saucer with the water and salt. Cover it up and let it cook for 5 minutes over high heat. Drain. Serve with mozzarella cheese!
