  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • 2 scallions, sliced, divided
  • 1 T. hot sauce
  • sesame seeds

Break up the cauliflower to create large florets. If you want you can continue to break down the larger florets into smaller florets. Take out a large heavy skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. Add the oil, cauliflower florets, and garlic into the skillet. Stir the cauliflower so that it can begin to turn brown. Continue to cook for around 3 minutes and then lower the heat to low.

Add the soy sauce, lime juice, and the majority of the scallions. Stir and cook for 1 minute. Add the hot sauce and continue to stir until well blended. Transfer the cauliflower into a bowl, top with the remaining scallions and sesame seeds, and serve.
