  • 4 turkey legs
  • 1 C. olive oil
  • 2 green bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 C. black olives, pitted and chopped
  • 2 T. salt
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1 tsp. ried oregano
  • 2 T. white vinegar
  • 2 T. teriyaki sauce

Cut several vertical slits into each turkey leg. In a medium bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, pepper, teriyaki, vinegar, and oregano. Let the turkey legs marinate in this mixture while you chop up the vegetables. Fill each slit with the chopped pepper, onion, and olives. In a large skillet, place the turkey legs and drizzle with marinade. Cook until brown over medium-high heat. Reduce to low heat, cover, and let cook for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
