I have grown up with my Nana making Swedish Pancakes and they are still my favorite to this day. This recipe is simple yet oh so delicious!

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 C. milk
  • 1 1/2 C. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 1/2 Tbs. margarine

Beat eggs with 1 1/2 of milk followed by beating in the flour and salt. Add butter and remaining milk and stir until smooth. Spray a pan with no-stick cooking spray and pour batter on heated pan. Cook them over medium heat. Flip and remove when golden brown.
