Simple Three Ingredient Mac and Cheese

- 4 C. full cream milk
- 2 C. elbow macaroni
- 2 C. grated cheddar cheese
Boil the milk over medium heat and add the pasta. Return the pot to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer for 8 minutes. Stir in the cheese and let it sit for 2 minutes.
