Simple Tortellini Soup
Serving Size / Yield
- 16 oz. frozen tortellini
- 1 lb. browned ground beef
- 2 cans Italian style diced tomatoes
- 4 C. vegetable broth
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
Add all the ingredients to the crockpot except the cream cheese. Cut the cream cheese into pieces and distribute them on top of the other ingredients. Cook on low for 4 hours. Stir a few times while cooking and season with salt and pepper when the soup has thickened.
