This easy stir fry only has three vegetables in it, and the sauce is light and delicious. The heads of broccoli absorb the sauce, making sure that every mouthful is full of flavor!

  • 1 head broccoli, cut into pieces
  • 1 medium carrot, cut into pieces
  • 4 Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbs. Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 C. water
  • 2 Tbs. oil

Heat up a wok or skillet and pour in the oil and minced garlic. After it is heated, add the vegetables and cook for a few minutes before pouring the 1/4 C. of water into the skillet. Let the vegetables simmer for a minute. Add the oyster sauce and mix. Before serving, mix in the sugar to balance out the oyster sauce's saltiness.
