Swap out the shredded chicken or ground beef for some shredded pork the next time you make tacos. It still has the good taste of tacos just with slow cooked and juicy pork.

In a medium bowl, mix together cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and salt. Place the pork shoulder in the crock pot and rub all over with the seasoning mixture. Pout the gar of salsa around the pork shoulder. Cover and cook on a low heat for 8-12 hours. Remove the pork and place on a plate. Using 2 forks shred the pork into pieces. Pour a scoop or two of the juices onto the pork and stir to combine. Place shredded pork with lettuce and cheese into a tortilla shell. Serve with some salsa on the side or in the tortilla shell as well.
