  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 ½ T. garam masala seasoning
  • ½ C. flour
  • 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 sweet onion, diced
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 C. heavy whipping cream

In a small bowl, combine flour and garam masala seasoning. Dredge chicken in half of the mixture and transfer to a greased skillet. Cook over medium-high heat for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from heat and set aside. In your skillet, heat a bit of oil and sauté onion and garlic until softened. Sprinkle in remaining seasoned flour, toss to combine, and add in crushed tomatoes with juice. Bring to a simmer and break up tomatoes as they become tender. Stir in cream and continue to simmer for an additional 4 to 5 minutes as sauce thickens. Add in chicken, toss to evenly coat, and serve.
