  • 1 ½ sticks butter, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ C. flour
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ¼ C. pumpkin puree
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 T. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare crust by combining butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add in flour and mix until a dough forms. Divide dough and press into mini tart pans or mini muffin pans; set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, egg, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Once smooth and well combined, spoon filling into tart cups and bake for 28 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely and top with whipped cream.
