  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 T. parsley
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ tsp. barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ C. ketchup
  • ½ C. bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and for into a loaf shape. Brush the top with a bit of extra ketchup and barbecue sauce. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour until cooked through.
