Salmon fillets have been coated in a mixture of select herbs and spices, and grilled to flaky, savory perfection. We suggest serving with lemon wedges and a garnish of a sprig of dill.

  • 1/3 cup Fresh Oregano, coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Fresh Snipped Dill, coarsely chopped
  • 1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove, peeled and halved
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
  • A dash of Black Pepper
  • 4 4 oz. Boneless Skinless Salmon Fillets

Place all ingredients save for the salmon fillets into a food processor. Cover and process until finely chopped. Pour herbal mixture into a bowl. Dredge fillets in bowl to coat all sides with herbs. Place salmon onto a grill rack over medium heat. Grill for 6-8 minutes or until salmon flakes when forked, turning fillets once halfway through their cook time.
