Simply Sinful Chocolate and Cinnamon Pots de Creme

- 1× 3.4 oz pkg Chocolate Flavored Pudding Mix
- 1½ cups Milk
- 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 4 oz Dark Chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp. Ground Cinnamon
In a medium saucepan, combine pudding mix, milk, 1/2 cup cream and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, then stir well. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Divide evenly among eight 4 ounce pots de creme cups or souffle cups. Refrigerate until chilled. Meanwhile, microwave remaining cream in medium microwave safe bowl on high power until warm, 60-75 seconds. Stir in dark chocolate until melted and smooth. Refrigerate until chilled.
